Robert RYMELL

13th October 1819

I Robert Rymell of Upton Scudamore in the county of Wilts yeoman hereby revoking all others do declare this to be and contain my only last will and testament. First I will that my debts and funeral expenses be paid and satisfied. I give devise and bequeath unto my son James Rymell and friend Richard Harris their heirs executors and administrators all and every my monies estate and effects real and personal which I am any ways entitled unto upon trust to permit and suffer my wife Ruth to have receive and take the rent issues and profits thereof for her use during her natural life and at her death I give devise and bequeath the said monies estate and effects unto and to the use of my said son James Rymell his heirs administrators executors and assigns for ever and I nominate substitute and appoint them my said son James and friend Richard Harris joint executors on trust of this my said will in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 13th day of October One thousand eight hundred and six Robert Rymell signed sealed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto in his presence and in the presence of each other John Harris Richard Garrett John Hopkins

Proved at London 13 Oct 1819 before the worshipful Samuel Bush Meyrack Doctor of laws and surrogate by the oath of James Rymell the son and one of the executors to whom admon was granted being first sworn duly to admon. Power reserved to Richard Harris the other executor.
